Madeleine Martin at Art Advisory together with The Norwegian British Chamber of Commerce held its first ever event post lockdown event in Mayfair, a networking event which saw a group of 15 people exploring Mayfair’s dynamic art galleries.
Stories behind each artwork were unique and exciting, and kept the guests wanting to see more. As an intern it was a day of arts and networking as I was able to meet new people from diverse career backgrounds. It was an opportunity to gain knowledge about the arts industry and learn as well.

Madeleine, originally from Oslo, Norway, has over 20 years of experience in the art world. She founded Ytre-Eide & Martin with Esperanza Rosales in February 2020, a boutique art advisory specialising in contemporary art for corporate and private clients. They are the bridge between the art and the corporate world.
Madeleine has been running Madeleine Martin Art Consultancy since 2017 in London, prior to this she held positions as a Director at Hauser & Wirth, London, Laura Bartlett Gallery, London and Gagosian Gallery, London and Sadie Coles, London. She received her BA degree through Sotheby’s Institute, London.
