Another new member has joined NBCC, and this time it is the legal firm TandonHildebrand!

TandonHildebrand was founded five years ago by former City partners Tania Tandon and Richard Hildebrand. Our mission was to deliver legal services without the billable hour and without recording time, focusing on service delivery and solutions rather than how long it takes to get there.

With extensive experience of advising national and international businesses on corporate and employment law-related matters, TandonHildebrand can be your legal adviser, your interface with professional service providers and your people/HR support.

If you run a Norwegian business, a multinational business or you are an employer with an international workforce, we can assist you in areas such as international employment and staffing issues, M&A, corporate finance and doing business in the UK.

Tania Tandon is born and raised in Sweden and has a strong connection to the Nordics. Between them, Tania and Richard share more than 50 years’ experience delivering legal, employment and corporate advice in the UK and internationally.

Established in 2018, TandonHildebrand is a collaborative business run by people, for people. Our fee model is based on mutual trust and respect, rather than billable hours, and our clients can attest to the hugely positive impact this has on our business relationships and work outcomes. We will give you the advice you actually need with fees certainty; either through fixed fees, fees based on shared risk, or on what you believe is fair for the value of the work we have provided. We were the first UK law firm to ditch the billable hour and have never looked back. Now we look forward to working with you.

Before us, there is you.
