Tim Hare is Head of Sales, Energy Systems at DNV UK. His current responsibilities are to increase revenue and transform our organisation, driving the business forward and introducing bold new concepts. He has a strong technical background, with experience in all project lifecycle phases; Tim progressed from a Craft Apprentice to Senior Management, working in Energy, Defence and the Steel Industry. He is dynamic and highly motivated, with the ability to understand and interpret complex problems, combining commercial acumen, curiosity and creativity. Tim has a proven diverse background which contributes to his strength in consultancy and informed decision-making.

Philip arrived in UK in 2001 taking the role as the first Managing Director for Sony Ericsson in UK/Ireland.

Since leaving his native Norway in 1992, the motto was to “see the world” with Ericsson Telecoms which lead to postings to Saudi Arabia ’92-’94 and Singapore ’94–’01.

Always excited by new building new products and services, Philip left big corporate in 2007 to set up his own consultancy.  By now having founded several start-ups in UK within telecoms, cyber security and artificial intelligence, Philip has accumulated a pretty good understanding of the Dos and Don’ts with regards to UK company establishments, funding opportunities and barriers to operational excellence.

In addition, Philip further serves on several company boards in various industry sectors covering cyber security, AI, mental wellness and stem cell treatment.

Eystein Eikesdal is currently Senior Advisor, UK Country Office at Equinor.  Before that he was Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Innovation within Equinor’s Global Strategy Business Development, and previously Vice President for Financial Projects within Statoil’s Corporate Finance department. He has also been Head of Statoil’s Finance Group in Moscow as well as Head of Industry Analysis in the company’s International E&P Strategy department.  Prior to the merger of Statoil ASA with the oil and gas assets of Norsk Hydro ASA, he held a variety of positions in Statoil within the International E&P Business Development division, the Natural Gas division and Norwegian Continental Shelf Exploration & Production. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Birmingham, UK, and is a Master of Business Administration from Bayes Business School, (City University) London.

Eirik is Norwegian and has spent most of his life in Norway, but he has also lived in the US and England since 2022.

 Eirik is a Lawyer in the Corporate Legal team at Statkraft UK Ltd and is based in London. Statkraft is a Norwegian State-owned company based in Oslo, Norway, and is a leading company in hydropower internationally and Europe’s largest generator of renewable energy. The Group produces hydropower, wind power, solar power, gas-fired power and supplies district heating. Statkraft is a global company in energy market operations. Statkraft has 5,300 employees in 21 countries.

Eirik’s legal practice currently focuses on UK and Irish M&A & JV’s within onshore wind and Hydrogen. He has also done international M&A work in several of the jurisdictions where Statkraft operates, e.g. in Norway, Portugal and India. In addition, he is also active in the Ventures business of Statkraft where he also acts as a board member.

Steve has spent his career working in business communications across corporate reputation, risk, ESG campaigns, integrated marketing and public policy. He has worked across the information technology, fintech, industrial, clean tech and healthcare sectors, including working for Norwegian and other Nordic companies as they have scaled across Europe and beyond.

Having founded a communications agency in his 20s and grown it then sold it, he has expertise gained from running businesses as well as advising them. Steve was born in the UK but spent time living in the US during childhood and has spent most of his working life based in London.

Steve is now a Partner at BOLDT, a pan-European corporate, public affairs and strategy consultancy based in Brussels, with offices in Oslo, Berlin, Dusseldorf and Zurich as well as London.
