Our mental wellbeing is often tested when life circumstances change unexpectedly and for the worse — such as the recent/ current pandemic. These challenges, however, present the opportunity to rise above and come back even stronger than you were before. Mentally resilient people are able to survive challenging situations, but mentally tough individuals tend to even prosper in stressful situations, so how can we all learn to be more mentally thought now?

We are pleased to be joined by Helena Whitmore, head of private banking from SEB and Annely Kurg, leadership coach and mentor on this highly relevant subject.
